Best Western Medical Center North Inn & Suites Near Six Flags

We stayed here for 1 day and it was ok just seemed like the rooms could use some tlc or better housekeeping. When we checked into our room I could see that the bed was made sloppily. Also don't like the fact that they have carpet. We were also very itchy at night and not sure why or what was going on. Our room was next to a back stairs exit so we could hear it open and close anytime anyone would use it which interrupted our sleep. There was no ice machine on our floor. The staff were super nice and customer service was awesome but overall I don't think we'll stay here again.

Rooms were extremely clean, welcoming, and had a great 2 restful nights! Breakfast was delicious. Staff were all friendly, efficient, professional, and welcoming! Loved it here! Location is awesome, lots of stores nearby along with restaurants, big plus they offer room service from several businesses.

I want to share my recent experience at the Best Western Medical Center, a hotel where I’ve stayed for over five years, averaging around 50 nights per year. I’ve always chosen this hotel because of its convenience and because I am a Best Western Rewards Diamond Member. Precisely because of my long-term loyalty, this last visit truly surprised me — and honestly, disappointed me. Last week, I arrived late at night after a long day. I explained to the front desk that I preferred to leave the deposit in cash, because when the deposit is held on my Mexican card, the bank can take up to 45 days to release the funds. Great service let's start there. The manager Latoya she is super at her job she got me checked in and into a room with a pool view. She gave me some info about the area as well as the standard hotel breakfast and pool hrs. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a pool view so you can't beat that. The bathroom is a good size I would just say the shower area may need a refresh as it has the plastic insert floor that no matter how much you clean it over time and use still looks a little iffy. The location is convenient as you are next to a shopping plaza that has a movie theater and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Walmart, Target, a Post office and a ton of other stores and restaurants are all with in two mile drive or less. The pool was clean and comfortable. It's not huge and it
