Best Western Hampton Coliseum Inn

Nice, clean modern looking building and lobby. Very good breakfast and full-time coffee/juice options. Front desk person was helpful in finding us an alternate route when we left. Room was clean and comfortable but bathroom fixtures were a bit difficult to use. Overall, very good value for the money.

Got into town at 6am with no reservation and was pleased to be able to check in at that time (for a nominal fee that was cheaper than other hotels in the area). Service was great, included free hot breakfast was like most other hotels- make your own waffles, omelets, sausage, toast/ bagels, cereal, yogurt, toppings, apples. I loved the cappuccino/latte machine! I used the gym; worked good for my needs. No treadmill, but there was an elliptical, bike, free weights and weight machine. The pool was closed, as it was off season, but it looked nice. The location was perfect as I was in town for the NJACS happening at the Aquaplex right next door. Only comment was the bathroom in our room: the vanity is very low, the toilet slightly too high and the door going into the bathroom was very nar

Amazing Experience at Best Western Hampton! I had an excellent stay at the Best Western in Hampton. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the atmosphere made me feel right at home. I want to give a special shout-out to Kevin, the hotel manager. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for the guests made a huge difference. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in making sure everyone is well taken care of. Positive: Breakfast lacked variety. Sometimes, they ran out of food before breakfast was finished.Elevator broke down completely, had to use stairs to bring luggage down to the car.Not sufficient staff to clean rooms, we went one day without cleaning. Negative: Many problems made the stay very uncomfortable.

I love this hotel. I got a very good deal and was accommodated for all my needs. The staff was very nice and kind. I recommend this place if you want to be treated well.
