Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites

Do not stay here! I checked in on first day my bed smelled like pee! I checked the mattress and it was stained with pee I moved rooms and they stole my purse and my credit cards inside my purse as well as cash. Left that purse in the room Called and they made fun of the situation the manager is unprofessional they have not helped at all let her know I was filling a police report because she didn’t want to check cameras or help and she laughed and said go ahead and do a police report they won’t do anything about it. According to her she has been managing hotels for 18 years and she knows how it works. Never staying here again!

I had to wait through the front desk employee's break to check in. Then part of another break to check out. The employees were nice, but the wait was really annoying. The elevator was broken. Fortunately our room was only on the second floor and we only had overnight bags. The stairwells were not air conditioned. The linens and surfaces were quite clean. I've never encountered a harder mattress. Truly surprising every time I sat on it and it didn't give at all. There was a small roach on the bed when we came in. There was also one on the TV stand the next morning. The shower water pressure and heat was excellent. However, the shower stall was quite short and probably would have been a struggle for anyone over 6 foot. The towels were normal low-grade hotel towels. The sheets were polyeste

This hotel has NO working elevator or ice maker and no hot water in the shower. We arrived from all day travelling and told the elevator has been broken AND our room would be on the third floor! We had 2 weeks worth of luggage!!! Then we went to get some ice on the second floor and found nothing. Went to the front desk and was given a baggie of ice. Also told the water would ve brown and to let it run awhile. Finally when I got my shower there was no hot water! Sorely disappointing!!!

Positive: Nothing Negative: it was disgusting there was blood feces. The room was not clean. They did not offer breakfast. They had no ice machines. Everything they had on their website they said because they’re privately owned. The website website is not accurate, which is a lie

The staff here are wonderful. Very kind, and good natured. The second floor balcony situation was neat. The floors were kind of gross and I saw a roach in the bathroom.
