Best Western Chula Vista/Otay Valley Hotel

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this best Western. The prices are very reasonable for the area. The rooms are clean with up to date furniture, they actually have refrigerators and microwaves in the room. Even after I had checked out and came back when I realized I had forgotten my toiletry bag with my AirPods in it they were very helpful and didn’t give me any trouble accessing the room I stayed in to go retrieve my forgotten belongings. Romulo was very professional and helpful. There is plenty of parking and it’s conveniently located by the freeway. I’ll definitely be a returning customer and recommended this location to others.

Recently remodeled lobby and breakfast area, everything looks fresh, clean, and welcoming! The customer service here is excellent; every staff member I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. The new manager is doing a fantastic job and really seems to care about guests’ experiences.|||The only thing that could use a little improvement is the parking lot, it could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and clearer markings. Other than that, it’s a great stay overall. Highly recommend for comfort, convenience, and great service!

Angel at the desk was the most amazing person ever! He helped us get the best reservation for us, told us everything we needed to know about our reservation specially as a handicapped person. Honestly all the staff was so nice and helpful. The food on the buffet was great as well. The bathroom in the room had a learning curve to it but nothing to be worried about. I will definitely be coming back!

Positive: Location close to freeway, elevator, working ice machine, free wifi, continental breakfast. Negative: Booked a room 2 nights for 2 adults. At arrival, only one clean towel. No 2nd towel, washcloths, handtowels. Had to get them myself, but looked dirty. Maids never came to clean our room. Lots of male truckers staying, and felt a bit unsafe as a female.

Angel at the front desk was AMAZING! Our concert wasn't starting until 4pm and the hotel check in wasn't even until then. We showed up around 2:30pm hoping a room was ready, and it was! Angel was so great with information and waived the normal $50 room fee for us. The location to the venue ( North Island Credit Union ) was super close, the hotel had a nice big breakfast area, and the rooms were great too! Very spacious and the bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again and always recommend Angel!
