Best Western Center Inn

It’s was fine for a 2-star hotel. Clean and very basic. Tricky to find as it sits way back off the road. Lyft drivers got confused every time. I used points I’d had for a long time so idk if it was good value for the money or not. But it shouldn’t have been too much money. Oh I also don’t like that breakfast ends at 9. Who does that work for???

Positive: The staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel is close to the airport, had other amenities I looked for as well. However, I will not choose a Best Western again in the near future. Negative: Room over priced/rated in my opinion. It appears this location needs an update, a bit dated but served it's purpose for me. The room was not clean. I saw hair, sticky/smelly stains, a critter, hair in the frig. Luckily I brought disinfectant.

Using Dayuse for the first time, I arranged a booking for one of my event drivers to use the location during off-hours while supporting an activation. I had never heard of Dayuse before, but when I booked on Thursday, the representative I spoke with was wonderful — kind, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions. However, my experience this morning (10/4/25) was the complete opposite. I called to confirm that the credit card authorization form had been received and processed, since I am managing this event remotely. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly short, dismissive, and hung up on me mid-conversation. As an Operations Manager, I was stunned by such unprofessional behavior. The hotel is fast on if you need room service. The front desk people were very nice to me and gave me cold water bottles when I checked in. I would stay here again when I'm in town. Great hotel and staff. Not too far from the beach either.

My family and I stayed for one night only in 2 rooms, and after being on the hot beach all day it was a delight to walk in to such nice and cool air conditioned rooms. The showers were clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper. In the morning the breakfast was very good with plenty of options and the black lady that worked there made sure they were kept stocked with fresh hot food every few minutes, she was very nice and great! Next time we visit we will definitely stay for more days!
