Best Western Asheville -Blue Ridge Parkway

This was a great stay for our girl's trip! The room had plenty of room to handle a 3rd folding bed (that they provided for a small fee). Everything was very clean and tidy when we checked in! Personally, I prefer a Hotel/Motel where I can go park right outside my room, and this is an establishment like that! |They had a super breakfast (included) with hot items, waffles, fruit, and yogurt. Also, the breakfast area was being watched and cleaned by an employee so items did not run out.|My only complaint would be that making a left turn out of this parking lot could be difficult at times. At high traffic times, we did turn right so we could do a quick turn around at the next light.|Highly recommend staying here!

Joe, who works the front desk in the evenings was absolutely amazing!! He answered any questions we had and when we had simple issues with our shower head, he went above and beyond to get it fixed and make sure we were pleased with it. Lhea, who works the front desk in the mornings, was also very helpful in getting us settled. Each employee we encountered was so friendly and we couldn’t ask for better customer service!! Thank you, all, for making our stay pleasant! We will be back!!

The staff was great but the experience overall was not good. We chose this location due to the proximity to an event venue and ability to get a room with a jacuzzi tub to celebrate our anniversary. From the time we got into the room we noticed most features were not working. Hair dryer mainly and no hot water in the jacuzzi tub which we were so excited for. We left for our event and figured we'd try the tub when we got back. Still no luck but it was late and figured we'd try again in the morning as we had paid extra for a late checkout. By the next morning the hot water still wasn't working so we let the front desk know and they sent maintenance. Maintenance said someone had turned off the hot water heater/boiler and he had turned it back on and to wait 10 minutes. We did and finally got s

Check-in was a fast. The room was exceptionally clean including the bathroom. TV had many channels including Hallmark, which my wife likes.. The beds were comfortable with four pillows per bed.. The breakfast had just about everything- eggs, sausage, granola cereal ,waffles, oatmeal, etc. Was close to sites and great strenuous hikes. Would definitely stay again
