Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Cleveland

We booked 2 nights, initially, and then we were going to travel to a different hotel, but because we got such exceptional service from Angelina, we decided to book an additional 2 nights. The room was clean, quiet, and large enough for our family. I love the full size refrigerator, microwave, and small stovetop. It's perfect for families. The beds were comfortable and the shower was clean and updated. Angelina was the best! She gave my kids little extras at breakfast, gave them crayons to enter a coloring contest, let then pick out of a little treasure chest, on being super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

This place was good for the price. The pool was nice the breakfast was ok (they could change up the food selection every now and then). The rooms could be cleaner (my kids socks were black from the floors). We did enjoy our stay. We stayed here in order to go to the zoo and aquarium which are close by.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff. Complementary breakfast - starts at 6am: cereals, eggs, bacon, sausages, pancake makings machine, cupcakes, yogurt, tea, coffee, selection of juices, milk. Free shuttle bus to / from airport; Aileen is very friendly and courteous. |Shower gel dispenser was empty, but shampoo & conditioner despensers were OK.|We were four; there were only two towels - staff provided two extra towels on request.|Some noise from fridge and A/C.

Called the location on snow an brookpark before making a reservation. Wanted to make sure of the guest policy. The lady I spoke with said everything would be fine as long as the guests didn't stay. I wanted to invite a few people for my daughter's 9th bday. We only did it at the hotel for the pool! Me and my 3 children got there at 3 ( we called and they said we can come an hr early) me and my 3 children was there till about 430 by ourselves. That's an hr and a half from check in! By 530 EVANS at the front desk came knocking on our door asking for $150 deposit! I refused because it wasn't asked during check in! She went downstairs and 15 mins later , I had a knock on the door ..was 3 police officers! They told us that she called and said we had 17 grown adults in the room! The cops laugh

Love this hotel! It’s our second time ! We stayed at the one in strong-borough but this one is way cleaner, the pool is clean , The breakfast is awesome! The best thing is the yogurt and coffee machine the best , no dipping spoon in yogurt, The breakfast lady is the best she keeps it clean and stocked! Only thing they need to make sure bedsheets are changed cause ours was not you dont know who has sensitive skin. I love that there is no carpet on the floor . I love the shower it can be easily cleaned! Very good location! They never run out of juice! Nicely decorated everywhere!
