Best Western Acworth Inn

Lavs and PJ were super nice, when I got there it was super late and Lavs accommodated me immediately with no hesitations. The room was very clean, and it smelled clean. I love the hardwood floors, the beds were comfortable. PJ always made sure we were ok or if we needed anything. If I ever come back to Georgia, I will definitely stay here again. No doubt.

Walking distance to McDonald's and Wendy's (I didn't look much further than that). The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and looked like they had just been remodeled. The breakfast was HOT and FRESH no matter what time we went in. My daughter and I went in at 6:30 for her waffles and coffee, my husband went around 7:30 for biscuits and sausage, then I was back again at 8:30 for my fruit and more coffee. Every time we went it was fully stocked and there were people there every time eating. It was clean and well kept. If I come to this area again I will be staying here. My only issue is that the toilet paper could be better quality (it was so thin) and the hot water took a little waiting to warm up. But those things are very minor. Keep up the great work!

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly warn anyone against staying here.||We arrived at the hotel and immediately felt unsafe. The environment was uncomfortable, with people lingering around and staring, which made us extremely uneasy. Although the front desk employee was polite, the situation itself was unacceptable.||When we checked the room, it was clearly not cleaned. The bed was covered in hair, and the bathroom had visible mold, which is especially dangerous because my child has a documented severe mold allergy. This is not a preference — it is a medical concern. This is not what I am used to when I stay at a Best Western. This is a cheap motel lodge that slapped the BW name on it. The room was clean enough and smelled fine. The door was difficult to close and the area is a bit shady. I felt a bit unsafe with the door situation, so we were sure to keep all locks engaged at all times. The remote control didn't work. I requested a late check out and never received a response. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned even though the sign at the desk says they clean every other day. The "continental breakfast" was a joke. The yogurt machine was out of service. The waffle maker's handle was broken. There was no hot water to make tea. The breakfast "options" consisted of cold eggs, cold sausage patties, cold biscuits/gravy and stale cold cereal.

Came in late night headed home & so glad we stopped here! The front desk attendant was AMAZING!! Couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming place - rooms were clean and perfect!!
