Best Way Inn Houston

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it met my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. Housekeeping did a good job, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, gas stations, and main roads. While the hotel is not luxury, it offers good value for the price and is suitable for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. I would consider staying here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

For an in town budget motel I don't think you could do better. Room was clean. Bedding and towels were on the new side and bright white with no stains. Bathroom fixtures were recent and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and lighting was very good. Price was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Area wasn't the best but, that's true of most of Houston. Great price for a comfortable night's sleep.

The sheets were very dirty and gritty. The sink was stopped up. No remote for the TV. One of the worst rooms I ever stayed in.

We paid for a cigarette “free room” only for it to smell of heavy smoking and there was cigarette tar all over the walls, Blood and brown stains on the sheets, food all over the inside of the microwave and more gross things about the room!!

I mean... it's dirty. Wouldn't even sleep here, if you're looking for a bed for a couple hours, it does the job, and its cheap. But its filthy, multiple roaches when we were only there for a couple hours. Convinced they never clean the place, first room we got had dirty sheets, transferred us to another dirty room but it was somewhat better bedwise... Customer service was fine and polite.
