Bel-Air Motel

Lack of microwave lack of customer service for toilet paper and comedies lack of respect to clientel lack of proper management and under qualified management. Lack of sufficient ac and water outlets. Bad plumbing and leaks holes in bathroom ceilings. Over all horrible. Staying here at the moment due to loss of income and housing motel is the worst in all of homestead city. Highly recommend a demolition and new ownership to turn over property

The motel is currently under renovation. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms for the weekend and we were surprised at the beautiful modern design it had. Bathrooms were clean. Microwave, fridge, and TV were all working well. We had cold AC. A very nice motel for the area in which it is located.

NOTHING BUT PROSTITUTION, DRUG DEALERS, CRACKHEADS, AND BAD ATTITUDES AND NOISE...I HOPE THE NEW MANAGEMENT WILL STOP THE FOOLISHNESS THAT GOES ON IN AND THE SIDE AND BACK OF THE MOTEL....FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND BEAUTIFUL BIG POOL AND A EXPANSION AND 5 STAR SERVICE WILL SERVE WELL AND PET FRIENDLY, AND JUST A NEW THEME WILL HELP. THE HOTEL SHOULD BE IN LINE WITH A BEVERLY HILLS OR DUBAI MOTEL MEANING MAKE IT AN AMAZING VIEW AND STAY. AGAIN WATCH WHAT PEOPLE YOU ALLOW THERE. NEW MANAGEMENT ITS ON YOU NOW. ITS YOUR CHANCE TO MAKE THINGS BETTER. A PARTY HALL...HAUNTED HOUSE, CHRISTMAS PARTIES, EASTER EGG HUNTS, BANQUETS, WEDDINGS, MEETINGS...YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO SAY THE PRESIDENT ENJOYED THEIR STAY. RENT OUT SUNDAYS FOR CHURCH SERVICES FOR ALL BLACK OR WHITE.. I FEEL YALL NEED A CHIN

Rooms are old and unkept. Not a good place for family.

It's in homestead. I had a very nice time there
