Nice hotel. They have the new self-pay check out for food and drinks by the front desk. Do you need a parking permit for the parking lot so it doesn’t get towed. I would stay there again.

Before I go any further in detail, I want to give a big thanks and appreciations to the front desk personnel. Particularly Vee and the young lady who worked during the day time when I stayed. These two will be one of the primary reasons why I will definitely stay there again. Their consideration and help really spoke volumes. Also, the rooms were clean and the location was very convenient with multiple shops and stores within walking distance.

Great service, nice rooms, and it had everything you need around it. The traffic is really bad but it’s also bad all over S. FL…. But overall for the money, this place is great.

Jackie was an absolute sweetheart!!! 10/10, this is one of the best UTA hotels by far. She gave me a goodie bag with water and a cookie! Give this woman a raise she deserves it, and thank you to whoever came up with the goodie bag idea!!!! Absolutely awesome, the breakfast is really good here too, free breakfast, waffle makers, mmmmm!!!!!

Staff is very nice. The King rooms at this hotel are very small. However, very clean. Breakfast is basic, but good. A couple of issues will keep us from staying at a Hampton in in the future- no safes. You have to use a safe deposit box behind the front desk, and it is too small for larger computers. It is a total hassle putting your electronics and other valuables at the front desk and still could not lock all of them up. The second thing is that hey do not have luggage stands,holders in rooms. This forces you to put your suitcase on the desk, which means you can’t use the desk. There are better places for this high price point.
