Get to this campground you have to go past the earnest core visitor center and then there is an entrance gate. There you have to have a national Park pass. I get that but why they don't have an express lane for people that are staying in the park(camping or lodging) or who already have a national Park pass. Or why they can't check you out like a gravel store and if you have questions, send you to the visitor center to keep the lines moving. They have 2 lanes that could easily be used for this especially on weekends when the lines can get 25+ deep. The long pine key campground parking spots are only about 20 maybe 30ft long. If you park your RV there then you Park your truck on the grass. If your over 30' you really don't for but some people squeeze in so go for it. Service- there is no ser

This is a beautiful place to camp. The sites are spacious and well laid out. There is a generator free tent campers only zone, which makes a huge difference if you are in a tent. We came in December and to our surprise there were actually very few mosquitos. |The National Parks Service holds ranger talks in the amphitheater several times a week, definitely worth attending when you are there.

Beautiful campground with large and private sites. Bathrooms with flush toilets which were cleaned regularly. Separate shower building with large individual shower rooms. Hot water dependent on solar heat. Most of our showers were warm to hot water with the exception of one. I will call that one a refreshing shower but not freezing. We did not experience any loud or rude campers during our week long stay. We were there in the middle of January. Weather was great with some warmer days and cool evenings. No bug issues at all. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful peaceful camp ground in the everglades. No hook ups but nice sites and bathrooms and shower house are nice. Generators allowed 8am to 8 pm. Watch for wildlife. Amazing sky views!

The campsites are small and often the picnic tables are on the wrong side of your camper. It's just not a good layout. On the plus side, we never had an issue with hot water on the solar showers. They were always hot and clean.
