Yes wanted to mention that on this Monday I had a great experience. The teller was Richard. I did request a money order for $1,408.00 in order to pay my rent. To my surprise and after counting the money twice, he replied that I over payed him an extra $100. Can you imagine the honesty of this loyal employee? He then give me back my over pay balance. Not only that, since I tried to give him a tip of appreciation, to what he refused by saying that it was company policy not ti receive gratitudes from clients. WHAT AN HONEST INDIVIDUAl !!!

This park is clean and neighbors are friendly but the two ladies in the office are rude and they don't care. Don't plan to get someone on the phone or get a call back. They don't answer emails either. Another thing is the washers and dryers. They're all broken. The washers leave the clothes wet, and the dryers don't dry. When you complain, they tell you to leave!

It's a good and clean park. The other tennants are friendly. The washers and dryers are garbage. They don't work. The washing machines leave the clothes wet and the dryers don't dry. Impossible to do laundry! So what do we have to do? Unhook everything and take the RV to a Laundromat?? This is an inconvenience that shouldn't be. Unacceptable.

They only do 6 and 12 month leases. Should put that on your listing.
