Bear Haven Cabin

This was my first time to Pigeon forge, my husband and I went for our 25th anniversary. We also took our two dogs. It was clean. The beds are HORRIBLE! One bed was sinking in the middle, so we switched to the other room. The bed in the 2nd room was just as bad. We both suffered back pain the whole week! The fridge is a piece of junk, pieces missing from doors. Here's the best part, The hot tub looked terrible and sorta dangerous. It wouldn't stay hot because the breaker kept tripping. We would have to keep a check on the breaker. The jacuzzi tubs were GROSS!! My dogs hated this place also! They started scratching on day 2. It took 2 weeks to get them over whatever was biting them!! The lighting was terrible, bulbs missing or very dim bulbs. I highly do NOT recommend Aunt Bug's cabins!! We

Oh my gosh this was the dopest place I’ve seen in a long time. The cabin was immaculate! Loved every minute. Did not want to leave! Loved the details and the decorations. Windy roads to go up but it was no problem! Don’t use Apple Maps to locate your address though, I will say that. Google maps is more accurate and will take u right to ur destination. We will be going back ! 100000/10

The cabin is a little outdated. The mattresses in both bedrooms definitely need to be replaced. The couch and the chair in the living room are old but usable. Pieces on the fridge doors are missing, so it's a little hard to store items there, but the rest of the fridge is good. The kitchen has a regular coffee machine and a K-cup machine, unless they replace the regular machine, I wouldn't use it. Your best bet would be to bring your own " Plastic cups, forks, knives, spoons, paper plates and so on" you'll be glad you did. This cabin is definitely good for a long weekend for a couple, not really more then that.

Christi is very rude and unprofessional. On their site they say they strive to make your experience the best but that is a complete lie. Cabin old and outdated. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nice way to past the time while we waited for the train.
