Bear Cove Cabins

We had such a good time in this cabin! Dolly Valley View is the best cabin I've stayed in, not even close. The service and hospitality was top notch. No more Airbnb for us, as we've had too many problems in the past, and this was a complete 180 compared to private rentals. My Mother has limited mobility, and Santana in the office was extremely attentive in helping us pick the best cabin for our specific needs. I would trust Santana and Bear Cove Cabins again for our yearly trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Great experience!

We had a great time at Savannah Smiles. It was set up with basic supplies to start us our first night. Everything was clean. Staff called to check on us the day after we arrived to make sure everything was going well. Would stay with them again. We went the week of Thanksgiving.

Rented Cuddle Up Cabin. Really cozy cabin in a beautiful area. Our cabin was clean and stocked with amenities that were useful. Hot tub was nice and easy to operate. Drive up to cabin was a little precarious, but got used to it after a few times. We are flatlanders... Definitely secluded and private, we really enjoyed that. Overall it was a nice clean cabin that we enjoyed.

We stayed at Bear Cove cabins in august. It was such a beautiful house. Very comfortable. And the hot tub, overlooking the mountains was amazing!!! Worth every penny!

I originally wasn't going to review, but the more I've thought about it, the more upset I became. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star: the people I talked with through reservations and the ones who called to tell us the cabin was ready/and called the following day to check on how our stay was going were super nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. The mountain views were amazing. And, they also gave us a preferred parking for Dollywood that apparently comes with the cabin rental, which is nice. Now for the issues: we were called the day of arrival about 3 hours early, saying the cabin was finished being cleaned and we could check in early if we would like (which was nice). However, when we got to the cabin hours later, I was shocked at the complete uncleanliness we walked into.
