Beach Tree Motel

The only thing I could say good about this place is.....hmmm?????...NOTHING!!!! I paid $182 for one night...they should've paid me for staying there! Then I paid a $20 deposit for the remote and key that had to be paid in cash and wouldn't be returned until your room is looked over for damages..what can be damaged? Even the mini blinds are were ragedy! The tub was so disgusting we were better off bathing on the beach! Dust..outdated tv...bootleg rigged plumbing and lights... and to top it off the owner walked around all night and his wife checked me out with crust in her eye and no bra! It was after 9am...why was she so tired? Her husband had pulled a 24 hour shift! So in closing...Hell To The NO!!!!

Room was so ugly, as soon as we walked in there was picture frame just leaning on the side of the tv. Beds were super tiny especially when we told them we had 2 adults 2 toddlers and 2 teenagers. Anyways we had just got to the hotel from the beach, and all we wanted to do was shower well the shower curtain was filled with mold I had to shower with my crocs. Hold my babies while I showered them. Fridge was disgusting too and looks like the only thing housekeeping does is wash the blankets. Because room carpet and everything was dirty would never ever stay here again. It was 159.00 CAUTION DO NOT STAY DONT SPEND TOUR MONEY ON THIS . plus you only get 1 towel per room

NO NO NO!!!! Go to another place! Place should be condemned. No toilet paper. No towels. No soap. No a/c. No working tv. No internet. Dirty snot towel in drawer - gross. Seedy x 1,000. Did a crime scene happen here? Room door was open at check in. Nobody at desk at check out. Gaps all around room door. Tv doesn’t work. Remote was for another room. Upstairs looks like the fence is going to fall. Don’t get close to railing, you may fall off. Total dump. Go with a chain hotel. At least you will feel safe. I should have slept in my car. Under new management for over 6 years yet it doesn’t seem like there have been ANY improvements from reading the other reviews. Response from front desk on any of the issues is always “sorry”. This little hotel was perfect for myself, my daughter and two boys. Not a upscale place, but owners are friendly, and helpful. Across the street an empty lot then cross seawall Rd. And walk down to beach. Who cares about little issues with the rooms, you only shower and sleep there. We had a wonderful first family vacation! Very AFFORDABLE AND LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION IS PERFECT!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Would NOT recommend. Spent 500 on 2 days there and the bathroom soap holder was broken and could've been a terrible time if someone slipped and fell on it. The bathroom shower did have hot water but the tile was not clean in the grout, and the sheer curtain looked like it had been found in a 40 year old smokers house. The a.c. worked in our room but the curtains were so thin, that the huge bright light for the parking lot just burned through the window all night. There is only like 20 spots in the lot and was very terrible if you don't have a compact car. The guy running the place also made it a big deal that we asked for an extra pillow for our friend that had to sleep on the air mattress (carpet was sticky and gross) so I almost completely lost it here.
