Terrible place i wouldn't even get out of the Motorhome did not feel safe
Was a very tight fit for our toy hauler, BUT we did it. Looks good. Gravel drive, not too fond of. Easy to carry rocks stuck in soles of shoes inside. Great managers!
Ms. Michelle was so nice to my family. We ended up getting stuck on the beach. Didn’t get unstuck till 9pm. Needed somewhere late to stay. The website said they were done taking reservations. I called Ms. Michelle at 8:30 pm, she herself was on vacation, & made accommodations for my family. I can’t thank her enough!
Has everything you need. Full hookups including fast wifi if ya need it. 5 miles to beach. Quiet place with mostly long term campers. No real place for dogs to run but you can walk down to the boat ramp. Boat ramp is about 2 blocks or 1/4 mile down the road. The weeks are a bit much but thats being taken care of soon. GET DIESEL BEFORE YOU GET TO MATAGORDA. THE 1 AND ONLY STATION THAT HAS DIESEL IS EXPENSIVE.
Anthony and Michelle take care of the park very well! Very quiet park, I keep my camper there year round and have had zero issues. Love to come down, watch the sunrise, and go fishing.
