Customer Reviews
The room was clean and nice the parking garage is very small and tight you got to be very careful getting in and out. The hot tub and the swimming pool were really nice. The place does not offer breakfast which was not nice. And during our stay it was really windy and rainy and the way the hotel is set up there is an opening all the way to the roof in the hallway and when you have the patio door open it creates a huge vacuum and you can't open the door to the hallway without really having to pull on the door so that was unusual and dangerous and it you know can really hurt somebody so that was not pleasant.
Old outdated dangerous staff basically not existant. Rules are not enforced. Stayed there for a week it was a gift. Only really good thing.I can say is the location right on the beach so it is quite noisy, with jets from the air base , flying around all hours of the day and night! Bathroom so small it's like a kid sized toilet. One knee was against the door frame. The other knee was against the bathtub trying to use toilet bad designs everywhere!
Ocean view is great. The room was clean. Parking garage has very small ramps, so large vehicles will be difficult to maneuver between the garage levels. The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad when I was there. The location was great. It was a good hotel for the price.
Most expectations were as expected. Except that we requested a balcony and upon check-in we were told they were fully booked; even though everyone checking in after us were given balcony rooms ( website claims first-come basis ).|We knew there was no housekeeping, which we didn’t need anyway, but still had to pay the daily housekeeping fee??|The toilet in a closet was a surprise, but could live with that, even though the door didn’t close. |Everything was open area; no room privacy. The bathtub could be very difficult to access if you have any knee or hip pain; you literally have to climb over the ledge, and then the depth into the tub. |The patios are shared. No privacy between rooms, and public biking or walking by have full access to your room.|Staff were friendly, but unreliable.
The staff was very friendly, and the accommodations were fantastic! The room was clean and had a full kitchenette with everything I could possibly need, including a refrigerator/freezer that actually worked well and a full sized coffee maker with coffee! My view from my room was amazing! And, I really enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. It was winter, so I wasn't sure that the accommodations would be up to par, but they most certainly were. I enjoyed every minute of my time there.
