Beach House Hilton Head Island

Beach House Hilton Head Resort provides accommodating amenities, professional and yet pleasant service. Staff members were, friendly, efficient and well informed. Rooms and property were well kept, clean and easily accessible. Shopping plaza was a three-minutes walk from the property. Good restaurants were on site with additional restaurants close by. It was a wonderful place to be even for a business meeting. On the business side, One concern: the media system needs a little more to provide a more excellent outcome. However, I am biased to the best because of my experience with performances and presentations. On the visit as a guest, it was a great place to be, with fond memories to keep.

I had an excellent trip to the Beach House and wanted to take a moment to thank the excellent and attentive staff on site. Specifically Diane and Brian from the night audit team. They were an absolute pleasure to speak with and had some great recommendations for the area. The staff from morning to night did a great job and could be customer service role models for any hotel! I'll definitely be repeating my stay in the future!!

First timer, the rooms were clean, everything worked as it should. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate needs. The location was perfect, we enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool, live music daily at the Tiki And most of all being able to walk out on to the beautiful beach.

Positive: We can choose to clean our room or not. Or whenever we want. The restaurant in the hotel, live band where you can lounge and have a pleasant time. Everything was beyond. A lot of things was closed december & january season but we still had an awesome time Negative: I did not like that. The microwave was not in the room. However, it was available 24 hours. So I could not complain.

my husband and i had our wedding here this past sunday, and it couldn’t have been any better - i am very glad to have entrusted my special day in the hands of the staff at The Beach House. our wedding coordinator Olivia worked with us to bring our vision to life from early detailing to last minute touches the day of, and was an excellent communicator throughout the process. our reception venue was the newly constructed Dunes Pavilion, and it was beautiful and appropriate for the size of our attendance (60-70). we loved the heaters and that the side panels were able to come down when it started to get chilly after sunset. every member of staff was lovely, coming up to me from time to time to give clarification, updates, and compliments on my dress which was very sweet. the overall experien
