Great location and the service is even better than that! Our place was immaculate when we arrive on Saturday night. I am absolutely convinced that Wendy and her staff work 24x7! We had a very minor issue that we discovered on Sunday at 4pm. I reported the issue and told Wendy I really did not expect it to be fixed until Monday. It was fixed by 6pm that same day!! Having that level of service enabled us to relax and enjoy our stay. We are definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. My husband and I enjoyed our weekend to the fullest, everything was just as we expected. We walked to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife without ever needing the car. It was the perfect mix of convenience and comfort! We stay in one of the Tide Units.

This place was great! Perfect location, right on the beach, walking distance to Bridge Street Pier, where you can rent fishing equipment or book a dolphin tour. The rooms are not sound-proof but our neighbors were cool and I slept incredibly well here. I was shocked to wake up each morning feeling so refreshed! The area itself is very strict on noise, so there weren't any loud cars zooming by to wake me up at night. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a trolley stop a few steps away and you can take it down to the Coquina Beach market. The owner was awesome and communicated well! I'm so glad we visited and stayed here!

We had such a wonderful stay at Beach Dreams Resort, Unit C! The unit was exactly as pictured—charming, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend getaway such as beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The location couldn't have been better. Just steps away from a gorgeous beach, where we spent most of our time soaking up the sun and enjoying the view. We also loved that we could walk to several restaurants and bars nearby—super convenient and made the trip feel easy and fun. This was my birthday weekend getaway, and it was everything I hoped for. Peaceful, scenic, and truly a perfect escape. We'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Spring Tide room for Fourth of July weekend. The place was amazing. Two comfy rooms and a perfect kitchen. You step outside and to the left is the beach and to the right is a pier. We left our jetskis parked there overnight with no issue. Restaurants and boutiques are in walking distance. The communication with the manager was fantastic. Highly recommend it, I booked again for Labor Day weekend as well!
