Don't know what to say perfect location with friends and family. If I were the owner I would definitely put at least 3 kayaks since water is calm and perfect for kayaking...... And one little suggestion please fix the stairs on the side of the deck to get into water and lights.....
Nice setup, great location, new property. Cookware should be reviewed though.
