Gulf Stream Roberts Beach Resort

Good to love this place,the beach is across the street,they have 🚲 🚲 🚲 when you check in ask for the key, you can walk,trolley stop is near it takes you all over the island for free and the pool & hot tub. Almost forgot behind Gulf stream theres a deck for people that like fishing.

Been an owner here with my family for about 20 years and have nothing but good experiences. The timeshare cost + maint fees and taxes are not bad at all, quite a good value. Some people dont realize timeshare owners are allowed to use the pool, hot tub, dock, bicycles, beach and grills. This is a great perk for locals. We can pull our boat up out back, come in grill our lunch, hit the beach and pool, any time of year. This place really is great. All the staff are easy to deal with and very attentive.

We got the best view in the house, and in terms of service, there was no issue. The shower was a little odd with the temperature changing but all other items and devices were clean and functioning. The pool and hot tub were at perfect temperatures, with the pool being relatively cool, but nowhere near discomfort.

We love it here! The staff is wonderful and so very helpful. The condos are always spotless and stocked with things you didn't even know you needed! SO close to the beach and just a short walk away from the Publix grocery store and other shops. It's also right across the street from the best burger spot ever, Skinny's! The pool and hot tub are always clean. GREAT place!

This is our third trip to Gulf Stream and unintentionally it became a yearly family tradition. This is a vacation rental condos with a 1 week minimum stay. Condos at the Penthouse have balconies overlooking the beach. The Gulf Stream condos are exactly the same size as the penthouses but without the balcony overlooking the beach. Condos have 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Tv in living room and both rooms, dining table with 6 chairs and extra eating space at the kitchen bar with 3 bar stools. There is a playground and picnic tables with grills, as well as a pool. I definitely recommend coming here with family or friends.
