AG Casa Marina

This is a nicely updated older structure on the beach. We stayed in unit #5 and it was plenty of space for 6 people. We ate every meal on the 2nd story balcony with an unobstructed view of the gulf. Parking is tight for a truck with space for only one vehicle per unit but the other guests were courteous by staying centered in their assigned spots. We used the heated pool every day during our winter stay and cooked a few of our meals on the grill area of the shared “backyard”. We also appreciated that the outdoor shower had temperature control when washing off sand after hanging out on the beach. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice place for vacation.

Two years ago we had the pleasure of staying at "AG Casa Marina" and had a wonderful time. In our return trip this year, we were reminded why we chose this place to begin with. It was apparent that the owner added upgrades to the unit, the bathrooms are very nice, rooms very comfy and the view is priceless. All the amenities we expected and more. Our family had a great time especially knowing that we could relax by simply just walking downstairs from our porch area and it was white sandy beach and sparkling waters. We also had a chance to meet our neighbors from below and they shared with us how they had been coming to this place for three years now and they were always happy with their stay. We are already planning coming back in the summer, we can't wait.

We had a great time at AG Casa Marina. The kids loved the heated pool, playing in the super fine sand and the beach. The view from our balcony was priceless. The location was great, close to everything. The apartment had a newly renovated kitchen and bath and you could tell they are working on bringing the place back to looking great. Some areas need improvement around the house and parking was tight but overall a great.

Never ever again! Smelly moldy discusting! The bed is uncomfortable! Low ceiling. Standing air conditioners and window air conditioner set in the wall. Very loud. Dirty walls some kind of animal droppings on window sill near stovetop. Pool is very narrow and looked very dark and dirty. Whistling through locked window all night long. Frank the owner came to the property after we expressed our concern regarding the first apartments condition, moved us to the bigger unit 1, when we expressed our concern about the above conditions of that apartment he basically told us to leave that we would be refunded at a later date. We were stuck. Stayed away as much as possible. Oh and random people just showed up and partied leaving all the beer bottles and plastic shot glasses on the grill and in the sa

We stayed in the upper level unit number 5. Outside of the easy access to the beach and the incredible sunset views, this place left nothing else to be desired. The floors are not level, the 3rd bedroom is an oversized hallway, and the doors were loud and did not open or close properly. There's no comfortable seating in the house. Just a broken down futon and some random chairs. Wi-Fi was spotty. There was no channel guide for the TV. It did come with a VCR though, I'm sure that worked great. An overall dirty appearance and feel the entire time we were there. We will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future.
