Baymont by Wyndham Nashville

While staying there was fine. The checkout was the issue two days later and I’m still waiting on my receipt and them to pull off my card. I need the receipt for reimbursement at work. I’ve called every day since I’ve left multiple times. I wanna say his name was CJ Claimed it was his hotel. And there was nothing he can do to speed up the process of getting me my receipt to get reimbursed. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he is the manager, and then rudely hung up in my face great customer service. I was not rude to him Therefore there was no need to be rude to me.

Positive: The staff was very friendly & it was close to the hotel. Negative: The room wasn’t very clean. I don’t know if the shower had ever been cleaned. Other than the room being dirty, it’d be a decent hotel.

I went to Baymont Nashville Airport and it was a very good stay. Love the new lobby renovations that features the new downtown Nashville look . The beds are clean and comfortable. The high school group was a little loud a couple doors down. But I called the FD and they asked them to quiet down and they did. We will be back

We went there during the 2026 Ice Storm because our power was out. The line to check in was very long, the customer service people were incredibly kind and so patient, even though their phones werent working, their computer systems were down, and people were in an obvious panicked state, especially after dark when people were looking for warmth. This is a 3 star hotel, but the service, cleanliness, and kindness was shockingly above that level. It was very unexpected, and every person at this location should be recognized for going far beyond their job required duties (not to mention risking their lives just to go to work).

The rooms are always very clean . New modern design and soft clean linens & they have blackout6r⁴43r23(int Beds are new and very comfortable. The location and accessibility to everything in Nashville is great! The breakfast is simple & small but nice and is enough to get you going. The front desk staff is nice and helpful and American.
