Baymont by Wyndham Minot

A great value for the price. The king room that I stayed in was spacious and well equipped with a comfortable office chair large TV and access to streaming. The breakfast was decent and included eggs and bacon which is a rarity at this price usually you get cereal and toast. Clean room and friendly staff. Good access to local shopping. A couple drawbacks though the pool doesn't seem to be working in this is ongoing according to other reviews, the hot tub as well. And no rooms don't have Windows that open to let in fresh air. Other than that a great stay the price.

Positive: IT WAS CLOSED when we arrived. Apparently there was a fire 6 weeks prior and it has been closed since June 3rd, and will be closed thru Aug. 31, 2025 for renovations and inspections. We are still working on a full refund as we had to get a diff hotel. Negative: Unable to contact during closure. The least they could do is put a recording on the phone line explaining the closure. There's a notice on door and that's it.

Unbelievably clean rooms and beds and sheets, truly. They also have the name brand ultra soft TP which in 40+ yrs of hotel stays, never have I seen that, even at resorts. I wish I would've been told the pool was closed ahead of time, part of the reason I booked this place. Other than the lack of English speaking staff, which let's face it by our own fault we are responsible for that. For the money, you cannot come close to the suitable accommodations. Right off both main highways through Minot, wake up and hit the road

This hotel is newly remodeled and is a gem It is very simple but has everything a traveler needs. The beds were comfortable with fresh linens. It was reasonably priced and pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again. In addition, the desk person was as nice as he could be.

There was a splotchy, white stain on the couch cushion. Flipped the cushion over - there was a long, streaky, red/brown stain. I think you can imagine what those might have been. There was also vomit splatter on the bathroom wall. The person working the front desk was kind when we said we were checking out, and told me I’d need to call customer care to get my money back. Upon calling that number, I was told that I needed to call a different number during regular business hours but that they’d enroll me in the rewards program “which would be a great benefit” to me. I declined the rewards, and asked for clarification that this call would be at least logged so we didn’t get charged for a night where we clearly were not staying. They then pitched the rewards to me AGAIN, because it’s “free” (h
