Baymont by Wyndham Houston Brookhollow

Do not stay here. We stayed here 2.12.26. Please read this, will keep as short as possible. Elevator didn't work. Bed sheets were full of hair. Chair was badly stained. Floor was dirty throughout and got the bottom of my shoes dirty. Stains/mold above toilet from room above. Restroom door moldy and bent. No hot water. I Told the attendant and they said they had hot water on 1st floor and should let it run longer. Mini fridge wasn't working and smelled very bad. I pulled it out and plugged in myself. No breakfast in the am so we had to go buy food. I called Wyndham and the rep suggested we get a room closer to the water heater or shower on a on a non busy shower time.???? We checked out a day early and asked for a refund on the day not used and was told I had to let them know a day before t

These five stars all go to jean at the front desk, she made our vacation wonderful. The room was nice.It was clean. the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Positive: "" Negative: It’s very clear that this hotel truly needs maintenance work done. Apparently the elevator has been broken for months with no intent to have it repaired. The first floor rooms smell heavily of mildew.

to start the room was absolutely disgusting. When we first got there the staff there was very disrespectful Especially the night crew. The elevators were broken and there was no hot water in the hotel at all, the whole hotel stunk of mold. they were also very pushy telling us that that hotel was no smoking and we don’t even smoke. My fiancé is pregnant, but he kept telling us over and over and over again as if we didn’t hear him the first time and then got disrespectful with me when I told him we heard him.. and then put us in a very disgusting room when we walked in the couch in the room was stained with some type of nasty substance and it stunk so bad there were bugs and wasp in our room, and it reeked of piss also There was no hot water and the whole room was just completely disgusti

First I will say they were accommodating when we needed to add an extra day BEFORE we arrived but that’s the only thing I can say positive I can say about this place. Upon check-in we were told the elevator was out and they had no available rooms in the first floor. I am handicapped and was told I should have told them when making the reservation. I can do the elevator so there was no need to tell them that so no refunds so we are 100% committed to this hotel. We get up to the second floor floor and it smells like mildew and our room smells like body odor. We leave go by air freshener and then decide to shower. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. You can hear every guest walling the hallways above and below. We leave for an outing to comeback to a locked room where we have to walk back down the stair
