If I could give them zero stars I would the breakfast was shitty. Went out there at 8:30. They’re was cereal bowls full of milk and cereal all over the counters no breakfast out at all and when I ask the front desk lady where the breakfast was. She said that she forgot to put The breakfast out, and it was still back behind the counter getting cold hot tub has been broken and super cold even though we called and asked ahead of time. .the showed stay cold and Our window in our room is broke tapped together. Our room is leaking from the vent in the bathroom. There is a huge puddle on the floor after running. Through the electrical. When we told them The hotel person said that they’ll give us a $15 discount and gave us a bucket and a whole bunch of towels and told us to clean it up, the hot t

Hot tub is ice cold. When I went to the front desk I informed them about the hot tub being ice cold. He told me that it was just filled today and it takes a couple hours to heat up, (it's now a few hours later still no heat in the hot tub)! there was a gentleman that was sitting at the table and he said that he has been waiting for 9 days for the hot tub to heat up. I called before I booked the room and they assured me the pool and hot tub were excessable.The pool area looks like it's falling apart and rusty. The lamp in our room was flashing as if it's going to burn out, the chair in our room is extremely dirty and disgusting the arms are so filthy they are black, there is hair all over our bathroom and in the ice bucket (yuck)!!!!! Hair all over the bed from multiple different people eww

I didn’t think that Baymont Inn located in Helena would be the best hotel my family has ever stayed at! We travel through this area frequently and have definitely found our go to spot every time! Clean rooms, wonderful price, friendly staff, great amenities and best of all, great sleep! They also have a pool and hot tub that my kids loved! They didn’t wanna leave. Stay here if you want to get wowed!

Said it was non smoking but there was pot smell (smelted like a skunk) everywhere. The gentleman checking us in didn't know what he was doing? The whole place looked old and dirty.

Rooms were not very clean- carpets needed some serious TLC, and the bathroom had hairs throughout. Beds seemed decent. Everytime we got in bed had to rub dirt off our feet from the carpet- ew. My family and I were itchy after our stay and I found signs of bed bug bites on my 3 year old from sleeping in one of the beds in the room. Not to mention the party some high schoolers decided to start next door to our room at 2:45am. Even with a noise machine on in our room I was kept awake from the slamming doors, loud laughter and talking. After an hour my husband went to complain and no one was at the desk. He called a number and after another 20mins they finally started getting quiet. Good breakfast though and the pool was fun. You get what you pay for I guess. Expected a bit better
