Baymont by Wyndham Greensboro/Coliseum

Our stay wasn't bad. We did have issues with our room, but they fixed it right away. Our toilet seat wasn't secure, the tub was stopped up and we had ants in our room (we think something dropped behind the bed). They came right away and fixed everything. The service was amazing. Rojoun checked us in, he was so sweet. He helped us carry our things to the room, he brought what we needed to the room, he was just so great. Other people was even talking about how sweet of a person he is.

I recently stayed here for a short trip and wanted to shout out the excellent service I received. When I arrived, Maya helped me check in and was incredibly accommodating. I let her know I’m a college student with a lot of homework to get done, and she made sure I had a quiet room where I could focus. It made a big difference. After a long night of writing, I accidentally overslept the next morning. Danielle at the front desk was understanding and offered me a late checkout with no hesitation, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is pretty much what you’d expect for the price—nothing fancy—but the service definitely stood out. Maya and Danielle were kind, helpful, and made my stay much smoother. Here checked in on 08/14/2025. Dogs are everywhere barking all night because even thou it says no pets they've clearly made this a animal hotel and that's a lot for me because I have dander issues and also mold is in bathrooms which I've included video for legal purposes and also the staff just comes in your room even if you're sleep which is weird. I do a lot of reviews and if I didn't have a short window because my child is returning to NCAT then I would've went elsewhere. I've been congested and don't feel too good but I've tried. This is 100% unacceptable on every level.

I stayed one night. Not bad for the cost, I didnt expect anything special. It was better than I thought it might be. The check In was good quick and easy. The staff was good, polite. Complaints: room 140. the toilet seat was broken. It was just sitting on the toilet not mounted. I tried to tighten one side but the plastic mounting hardware is worn out and missing retainer for the other side. Little things like this should not happen and should be avoided if you want better reviews. I’m sure the cleaning people notice this when cleaning, or did they not clean the toilet? This should have been fixed prior to next tenant. The towels are worn out. One had stains on it. They also felt a little damp. God I hope it wasn’t from the last tenants.
