Baymont by Wyndham Garden of the Gods/Colorado Springs

This place is absolutely disgusting. I’ve had mold in my room. The fact that the people that work here don’t care how much money you have as long as they are able to take it from you. Area just isn’t the best, The pictures that are online absolutely do not match anything in person. It’s not even worth getting another room because it will either look just like the first one if not worse.

This hotel has the best staff. The whole staff was friendly. Margaret was great at check in. We stayed at several other hotels this vacation and this hotel was the best!! The price was just as amazing as the staff. The room we had was big and felt like a home away from home. Nice, clean and spacious. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect for everything we did. This was a last minute in the car reservation and we are so glad we went with this hotel. Will recommend and stay in the future!

Not sure why reviews here are so low. Very friendly front desk. Clean rooms. Fun pool. When I called to make the reservation she was so friendly and helpful then when we got there she was the one that check us in and wow, what a Gem. So nice and she even walked with us to the room because I had asked her if I could see the room first. Never once made me or my family seem like a bother. The morning housekeeping on my floor was also friendly and actually said "good morning" with a smile. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. Thank you for helping start our vacation off happy.

This is a very nice hotel. We enjoyed staying here. They had a lot to offer as well. They do a smaller free breakfast. I wasn't a fan, but my family didn't mind. They don't offer eggs or anything made. They have egg m muffins and pancakes, yogurts, and drinks. They have a pool you can enter right through the lobby.

My son booked a room for my husband and me and one for their family of four. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Their were plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. Breakfast had a good amount of food and a nice variety. The price was great as well. I'll definitely stay there again when traveling to CO Springs!
