My experience was absolutely great! The rooms are very spacious, with a separate bedroom area and a comfortable seating space, plus all the essential accommodations you need for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect — which is always a big plus for me. The pool is currently being worked on, but it was too cold to swim anyway, so it didn’t impact my stay at all. What really stood out was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I even ended up with a dead battery in my car, and they went above and beyond to help me get it started — something I truly appreciated. You ever go to a hotel that has good reviews and you’re stay ends up terrible. Well flip that type of experience upside-down to bad reviews, great stay. My room was clean and well maintained. The service was fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding. Microwave, mini-fridge, & TV included in rooms. Pool was great. Parking lot leads a bit to be desired, but not terrible. My stay was wonderful, and hopefully yours will be too.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The dead cockroaches in the room, the smell of cigarettes, the cigarette burns on furniture, toilet seat was broken, bathtub had no drain plug, the floor was sticky, curtains had holes all over them, toilet paper holder broken, walls dirty.

It is a quiet, well-managed extended stay that truly cares about its guests. ​The manager, Michael Porter, went above and beyond for my family. He coordinated with RMHS and Mt. Carmel, and even personally stepped in to ensure we stayed off the streets until our housing assistance was approved. The entire staff is kind and supportive, especially if they see you are working hard to help yourself. ​Beyond the amazing hospitality, the amenities are great. The location is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and soo comfy, very clean. The breakfast is good and well stocked and the staff is so kind to my kids. I'm horrible with names, but Christina and Mike were the ones who stood out the most with their excellent service.
