Baymont by Wyndham Chambersburg

As a precursor, I always provide my review based on the objective of the business. So, this is a budget hotel stay and I'm ranking it accordingly. We paid less than $100 for a single night and we're very impressed. The check-in was very smooth, the room and bathroom were clean and had no odor. The room had a small coffee machine, mini fridge, and super soft towels. The location is nearly perfect - right on the freeway. Highly recommended.

The bed was comfortable, clean and pillows soft. There was a musty smell from the couch and carpet. Hall carpet was badly stained. Breakfast was delicious, breakfast staff was helpful. Check in/ check out staff more concerned about getting paid than providing customer service to resolve my scheduling issue. The receipt was altered to make it look like we checked out on another day, even though some of the information couldn’t be altered, so the receipt doesn’t match the dates we stayed and checked out. SHADY Money Hungry business!!! When I called back to Wyndham Reservations, the representative was very rude, trying to talk over me and not listen to what I was saying. Wyndham had poor customer service. I really hope those calls were recorded!😡

Decent stay for our long trip. Everything was fine. The building smelled faintly of smoke. Rooms/beds were clean. My king bed was a little hard but I slept well.

It's very nice hotel, clean and comfortable in room, I even got an extra comforter since I was feeling kinda cold, I was coming down with something, the clerk helped turn up my heat, I slept very well. They go about n beyond. And it's reasonably priced.
