Baymont by Wyndham Asheville/Biltmore Village

We went up to Asheville for a long weekend, 3 day/2 night stay. We have often stayed at the Baymont and are Wyndham Award members. The staff are very sweet and helpful. The breakfast area could be larger and is very crowded at times and hard to get a seat. The bathroom in our King size room could use an update, as well. Beds were nicely put together and clean! TV was great, as was the fridge and microwave. I wish they would get Keurig's in each of the rooms rather than the ones they have in there. Coffee is weak both in the room and at breakfast, a darker brand would be a nice option! The lady that keeps everything updated for breakfast was awesome and very attentive to everyone's needs. Thank you for her! Parking turned out great since we have a truck! Overall a great experience.

We were very comfortable in this hotel. It was mostly quiet and clean. The breakfast attendants did an excellent job of cleaning tables, making sure food, coffee etc was hot and full. The breakfast area was small but comfy. My only small criticism would be that the hotel could use some updating. Other than than it was a good choice for the money and a great location.

Positive: Just a general sense that care was given to offer the best possible experience. Negative: I personally had a phenomenal experience & everything I experienced was reason to take note of this specific property for reference. If YOU live in Asheville, I absolutely strongly suggest that you book family and friends at THIS Baymont.

I would give this plane 4.5 out of 5 stars. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Breakfast simple but always stocked. Easy building and parking to navigate. For the price it was a great stay. Very small critiques would include a single, slow elevator and a busy road that was, at times a little difficult to turn on to. Both were minor issues. Great stay overall! Would recommend.

The hotel room was a little dated, but we rented a king size suite with a Jacuzzi and honestly, it was comfortable. It was very clean as well taken care of every time we needed something they accommodated it. The only thing I will say is my extra accommodation that I requested a check-in, which was extra towels was not accommodated however, the house keeper as soon as I requested extra towels, she gave us some, and they were very nice and very receptive. A good place to stay if you don’t mind a little bit of dated decor and slower service for a good reasonable budgeted price
