Bay Palms Waterfront Resort

Stayed for about five nights. Beautiful location. You can walk out and see the boats docked and the blue water. The staff that work it work very hard to accommodate that everything you need is met. I felt cared for. Great service and location overall and for a very affordable price!

This place is awesome! All the staff were so helpful. Kyleigh was very welcoming when we checked in yesterday. Annika came and helped with our TV that night and Cherish was so helpful the following morning we decided to extend our stay. Dan Engels helped us to replace all our used linen for our second day. My wife is on the transplant list at Tampa general so we come up every 3 months. We've stayed at many places here on St Pete Beach. This is by far the best, we will be back.

Could not recommend this place enough. It was super cute and everyone was incredibly helpful. they have three resorts, so it’s just a short walk across the street to get access to their beach and all those amenities. We had our toddler and they had a bunch of toddler friendly play areas, which was amazing.

Positive: Location is good and liked that we can use the parking at related hotel on beach during the day to access beach easier. Negative: The hotel was currently under construction with only some rooms completed. Our room looked to be recently redone however it smelled of mold/mildew and we woke up overnight during a rain storm to rain coming into our room through a window above our bed.

This place has a beautiful view! The room was spacious, good location, and the staff was VERY helpful!! We checked in about 4 hours early, and they moved us to a suite that was ready to go. Sadly since we checked in early the cards didn't work, being around the time the cards would reset, we needed different cards. Of course we got the room that the batteries were dying for the scanner. Blanca was very sweet, very helpful, very accommodating!!! She got us into the room and made sure we wouldnt get locked out again until they could fix it!!! Sadly we only stayed there for 1 night, I would have liked to stay for several days to weeks!!! The deck was very nice, in a good spot to relax, take a nap, or even fish if we wanted!!! When we got back, we are most definitely staying here again!!!
