Battle Mountain Inn

The first issue was the direct tv stopped working and took four full days before I was moved to another room that had working direct tv. The current issue is that the back building, for long term rentals, has not had hot water for FIVE days and when speaking with the assistant manager, they do not have a date that the building will have hot water. The management didn’t offer to make a room available for showers in the building that does have hot water until I called the manager today, day five. And by the end of the phone call, no definitive temporary solution available but they would see if they can come up with something. Stay at your own risk

I stayed here for 2 weeks the beginning of August.. you can tell the rooms are very old and could use some updates but the price you pay is what you get. The beds are ok but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping under the covers due to the mattresses being beyond dirty and dark brown over the whole thing. Housekeeping only comes if you go to the office to request it. Manger is friendly but good luck trying to catch him or anyone in the office or over the phone if you need help or just need anything in general. You can show up or call at different times and no one seems to be around. It was very rare to see anyone in the office. The location is very quiet so I think that’s the only plus side of this little motel.

The room I was put in was absolutely disgusting. There was a big gap under the door which let in a bunch of crickets, the floors were dirty and gross the bed wasn’t that bad until I moved the blankets and pillows and found a dead spider under the pillow over all wouldn’t recommend this place or at least not that specific room 114, I booked the room third party so couldn’t get a refund so was kind of stuck with it

Got a king room with a jetted tub got there gave me a room without one, the room was absolutely disgusting housekeeping is a joke I got a refund rather stay in my car then a dirty place

Room was absolutely filthy, I had to wash out fridge before use, also washed bathroom floor and toilet, then our lock didn't work, went a day without keys, housekeeping isn't there every day, dead smashed bugs on the wall, the remote only worked half the time ( we were there for 4 nights) Definitely wont be going back, no wonder it was only $52 a night ( through booking.com)
