Babbitt House

The Babbitt House is amazing! Love all the amenities, ease of access and a great location. There is an amazing sound system that basically connects the whole house so you can listen to your music from anywhere in the house, even on the toilet! The decor is top notch , as well as the backyard with an awesome garden and a bunch of lounge space, with a sweet fire pit and grill to cook out. 100% recommend anyone to stay at this historic house

I've visited the Babbitt house on multiple occasions, it's nothing short of amazing every single time. The atmosphere, comforting decor, and stunning garden in the back makes this one of the "hidden gems" in flagstaff. Whether you're looking to relax after a long day, work from home, or just enjoy a unique and comforting environment, look no further. Cannot recommend enough. The absolute best experience and service you'll get in the entire city of Flagstaff. Host knows everything fun in town and has endless recommendations to make sure you have the best time while in town. Clean space with outstanding decor and ambiance.

What a fabulous home! It was the perfect place to host a group of friends for my husband's 50th birthday - 5 bedrooms and plenty of space in the common areas for relaxing and celebrating, plus an easy walk to downtown Flagstaff. We loved the vibe - rustic with lots of modern upgrades and all sorts of cool things to see and play with (like super addictive pinball machines!) Awesome backyard with several seating areas and a fire pit - it will be gorgeous in the summer! Plus (a big plus), the owners are great and very responsive - they clearly love sharing their place so that others can enjoy it. We look forward to staying here again soon!

My family and I had the privilege of staying in the Babbitt House over the holiday weekend and we couldn’t have been more pleased/grateful/blessed with the experience we had. The owners of this home have managed to captivate all the history within the home while adding state of the art and high class features that made our stay feel like a true vacation. When you walk into this home it’s clear to see that the owners put a lot of TLC into this home while keeping it modern, historic, and homey. With our family of 9, the house was still very roomy and provided enough space for all of us to be SUPER comfortable.
