Fantastic spot for a quick getaway! This place is perfect if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy something a little different. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and super relaxing, and there are some really fun, exotic activities that make the stay feel special. The surrounding area is packed with great food options, and having everything delivered right to the front desk is such a convenient bonus. Overall, an awesome experience—I’d definitely come back!

100/10 experience! The customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. The pictures and videos are accurate if anything, the hotel looks even better in person. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Cynthia at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. As usual our stay was very enjoyable. It could not have been better. Have dealt with other people at the front desk but they weren’t as nice/good as her.

This was my first time here. And Roy out did his self with the BEST customer service anyone can ask for LITERALLY. This was not me and my husband’s first time here for special occasions but may be our last! We booked the aspire room for Valentine’s Day for 5:30pm, arriving on time. We were told to come back at 6pm because the room setup wasn’t ready. We left and came back at 6pm to be told that they were still behind due to setups for Valentine’s Day and had forgotten about our room and they needed until 6:30, maybe a little longer. I explained to the desk clerk that we have dinner reservations and would need to shower and dress after we had been driving 5hours to get to their location. The guy at the counter said he understands our frustration and it was unexceptionable that we are now waiting over an hour and a half to check in. He said his name was Roy or Rori and for us to call him when we arrive b
