Don’t live here, it’s a scam for what you get. The amenities are alright but the apartments themselves are not good. How can you call a building an apartment building if each unit doesn’t have a stove. When I first moved in there were several mice in my unit and right before I moved out I found a roach. They changed the leased terms during my lease to implement a monthly “amenity fee” during the pandemic I found this silly since the amenities were closed. It gets quite noisy since undergrads can live here and some don’t seem to understand what a STUDY lounge is. The new price of $1600-$2000 for an “apartment” PLUS a $200-$250 amenity fee isn’t worth it. Although the various luxury apartment buildings around Howard are unfurnished and more expensive the difference between those and Axis is
Ok spot, kind of small.
