This experience was amazing! It was our first time staying at Atlantis and the person who helped us when we checked in was awesome. His name was Chad and he was like a personal concierge for us. He told us everything we needed to know about the hotel, what kind of food it had, where to eat and all of the things that we could do while we stayed there. Chad was so nice and he treated us like we were like royal special guests of the resort. My husband was so pleased that he decided this is where he wants to stay every time we go to Reno. Everyone who helped us was absolutely amazing. Everything was great! This trip was to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we took our children with us. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is one of our favorite hotel and casino destinations in Northern Nevada. We don’t visit as often as we used to, but it’s always such a wonderful experience when we do. What truly stands out is when employees remember you — even after many months. Meagan is fast, friendly, and provides excellent customer service! She not only remembered my face, but even my drink order. That kind of personal recognition makes me feel genuinely valued. It means so much to know that after all this time, she still remembered us and our order. Experiences like this are what keep us coming back.

Since I was snowed in with my granddaughter, Mr Hernandez in hotel services, provided us with exceptional service and care. I didn't have a reservation but he was a lifesaver. Also the rooms were luxurious and my granddaughter was so happy to spend time in the fun arcade. The Manhattan deli was great! My favorite place will always be Atlantis!!

Positive: the decor inside was creative and fun. I enjoyed just walking the halls and looking at the design and attention to detil. It was beautiful! Negative: nope. all good
