Atlantic Sands

I only spent one night here. My father booked for me to stay there. It was fine. It’s Hampton Beach so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy 🤷🏻‍♀️. It was serviceable. The room was very clean. Yes, the reviews are correct that the shower is very small and it does get the bathroom floor wet but I just put a towel down. I did appreciate how hot the water got. It should be noted that there is no heat. They provide a space heater. My room did not have a view of the beach (I was on the second floor) but i didn’t hear any noise. The bed was VERY firm though. That might be my only complaint, I wish the bed was comfortable. The employee who checked us in was a very nice older gentleman. He explained everything perfectly and was attentive.

If you are looking for a clean bed and bathroom for a weekend this might be perfect for you. No frills. It's right off the beach so in under a minute you can walk there and touch the sand. The queen bed in our room wasn't as firm as we prefer, but sheets were clean. We appreciate not having anyone make our bed when we are out and that's the deal here. No breakfast. Free parking. Walk everywhere. Tourist shops, ice cream, all sorts of beach town food all day fun 10 am- at least 9 pm. The amphitheater is just a short three blocks away with entertainment nightly from 7-8 pm. Breakfast available a few blocks away as early as 7:15am

I had a wonderful experience at Atlantic Sands! The location is unbeatable right across from the beach with beautiful ocean views and close to all the action on the boardwalk. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. Free parking was a huge plus, especially in this area. Everything was smooth, clean, and stress-free. It truly felt like a vacation sipping coffee on the balcony in the morning, walking along the beach, and ending the day listening to the waves. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay right in the heart of Hampton Beach!

Terrible. We didn't even stay for the night. The room was small, and it smelled like a dead fish. Rust everywhere in the bathroom. The room was small like a closet. We came with a small child, and he almost vomited due to the smell in the room. We left 10 minutes after we checked in. The front desk didn't want to issue a refund and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. We spent hours looking for another hotel in this busy area. For your peace of mind, stay away from the place. I just read the review that someone reported them to the Health Department. Maybe that will change something for the better.

We decided to stay at the beach on July 2, and was able to get a room here... should have paid attention to the reviews. We wanted to watch the fireworks so we checked in to the 2 bedroom apt downstairs they had available, and the two boys jumped right into the shower (we had 4 of our kids that day) and they immediately started coughing and sneezing, my wife went in and noticed the black mold on the ceiling, and you couldnt see it (good job cleaning) but also all under the shower is mold build up from poor draining and pitch. (We have a restoration company as well, so are used to seeing things like this) We immediately alerted management, and got a refund. When they saw that the kids used the shower (they didnt even finish, my wife dried them and took them outside immediately) they charg
