Atlantic Motel

I stood here August 15, 2025 with my partner. We were celebrating my birthday weekend for a night. Once entering the room, I noticed the second bathroom tub had sand in it and the floor felt sandy as well. There was also, a half of bag of large popcorn left in the microwave. It was only suppose to be one night but and the last room available on a last minute basis. I was under impressed with the stay. The staff should take the cleanliness more seriously as this lets me know how this motel does not take cleanliness as top priority. That is unacceptable and nasty. Please do better making sure before handing the keys to a customer the rooms are thoroughly cleaned.

Booked this hotel and paid once I arrived but quickly realized how filthy the place was. It was so dirty and run down and I was afraid of staying there and getting bedbugs. I immediately asked for a refund and the nice man in the office said yes but could not process it right away. He assured me it would be given but I never got it. I called several times since and I've been ignored. it's been nearly 4 months and it seems they're just as dishonest as they are dirty.

The rooms were dirty all the way around garbage still left in room, the sheets were dirty and covered in hair before we even got there. No hot water, no smoke detector in room, the windows wouldn’t lock and the curtains barely covered the windows. Says free WiFi but wasn’t given the password upon check in and without it you have absolutely no service. Would not recommend. Only positive is how close to the beach it was to stay

Room was absolutely disgusting. Sheets and towels were clean but blanket on the bed was dirty, unwashed and nasty. Shower looked as if it had never been cleaned and room was full of flys, knats and moths. Pillows were stained and discolored. Location was perfect, 6 minute walk to boardwalk/beach.

I’ve stayed here off and on within the last year and every room Al gives me is very clean and nice pets are allowed and beds weren’t the best but it was something to sleep on definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a low price and a good place to stay especially having A very respectful owner AL he is the sweetest!
