Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort

I had the chance to stay one night at this beautiful resort for conference , and it truly felt nature-friendly. I had a wonderful time during the conference, and the staff made the experience even better due to excellent services . Room was clean and size is average which is great for value. As I was busy with conference so not able to utilize amenities of the resort.|I want to especially highlight the front desk agent, Ms. Dera, who was working the late afternoon shift. She was extremely helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Instead of making call fro room I visited the desk and asked questions abut the services .She quickly did action which I genuinely appreciated.|The surroundings are stunning, and the dinner offered was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my spa like stay. It was a staycation. My lake view room was very comfortable, clean and modern. Service was great. They are friendly and professional and make sure you have everything you need for a great stay. Stone Mountain is absolutely beautiful and it’s right at my back door. I will definitely stay again.

My room had mold on the inside of the sliding glass. The room was very basic and bland. It could use a little bit more decoration in the rooms to make it feel more homely. The price paid per night was not worth it. My balcony looked like it had not been cleaned in months, maybe years. It was not giving resort to me. It gave a low budget motel. I was very disappointed. I did enjoy the hot tub and lakeside view but the place needs more work inside and outside. Trash was on the walking trail. I stayed at a Laquinta in which I paid $66 a night and that gave more of a resort style hotel than this one. Very disappointed. Would not return unless it was renovated and actually gave resort. Staff was very friendly however.

Positive: The view was beautiful. The staff was professional and helpful. Negative: The breakfast at the restaurant was not good and not worth the money we paid. Overall, ur stay was beautiful.

The suite was great for our stay! The resort was very clean with beautiful views. The amenities were great as well. The food at the restaurant was really good. The person who cleaned our room daily folded the blankets and did a great job! It would be nice to add a little table with 2 chairs in the evergreen suite. The elevator was horrible and took forever but we just learned to be patient. Would have been nice to have the shuttle running with a schedule to take us to the attractions area. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!
