Aspen at Manchester

We stayed here for two nights over a holiday weekend. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable with great pillows. While all the basics were provided there were some things that if upgraded would make the experience better; an additional mirror in the bedroom, better curtains that fully covered the windows so the lights outside could not shine in all night and more towels. While the overall quality was adequate it was very expensive.

Nice location, room was clean when we moved in on Sunday night. However we had no service. I stayed for 5 nights and only had towels changed one time. The room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. There is no one to talk to unless you call the manager's personal phone. there is no one at a desk etc. for check in or for correspondence or communications, period. Never saw anyone the whole time we were there except for other guest and occasionally see a maintenance man or maid. No management at any time was ever present, period. Sad way to do business. I would not stay here again.

The location is great, about 2 minutes drive from restaurants etc.. There were views of the surrounding mountains and the outside of the motel was well maintained. The room itself was cosy, and decorated nicely. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a large TV well positioned to watch from the bed with Disney+ ESPN provided and you are able to log in to your own other streaming services. It has a fridge and a coffee machine in room. Contactless check-in means you can drive straight to your room.

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Just an FYI my room didn't have a microwave if anyone needs to know that. But overall a clean, modern with a very comfortable bed. Location was perfect.
