Well I came into town without preparations. Bad weather. 3am they won't answer the phone so I have no idea if there's a room available or not. Call several times as my phones dying. No answer. Arrive there and there is s small note on the window saying no vacancy. Had to drive 15 mins back the way I came already in pouring rain to get a room. I could have been out of the terrible weather probably almost an hour sooner had someone answered. Not impressed. Sorry.

Needs work but rates are reasonable! And though my last morning there sucked do to some personal that was dumped on me! The owners are pretty cool and very helpful

Makes me feel right at home and the manager Cathy is so nice and very understanding! All around COMFORTABLE THANK YOU STAFF OF MASON CITY IOWA YOUR GREAT PEOPLE!

Cheap room when in a pinch, nice ppl, however the guy next door was constantly watching me everytime id take my dog out to potty so made for a real sketchy time.. The room was filthy, including a bar of soap that had become one with the shower floor,,
