Arrow Inn & Efficiencies

I recently traveled here with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby, making it super convenient for meals. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected nothing extravagant, but perfectly fine for our stay. The service was top-notch! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived. A big shout-out to the owner, who is incredibly sweet and humble such a warm energy that made our stay even better. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our visit memorable!

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I have never had an issue with my room or getting anything I need. Maintenance, the grounds keepers, the front desk, and all the staff do there jobs, and do them well. They are disable friendly and they manage them well. There is plenty of parking and it’s a very comfortable stay. Great location. Solid people.

Massive roaches and bed bugs and the people living there are nasty and unclean. It's a lot of drug activity and bed bugs along with cracks in the walls with so many roaches crawling on the bed and on the refrigerators. Someone needs to call the health department immediately. And the maintenance man does not fix anything. They pick and choose what rooms they want to clean and they are Lying on inspection paperwork with the health department. It is a lot of foul play going on they make false noise complaints to have new customers kicked out and the rooms are very nasty and dirty. Showers are unclean and nasty with hair everywhere. The Hampton health department needs to shut this entire hotel down they are lying on the inspection paperwork and nobody is doing anything about it.

Great value hotel, does the job and keeps a roof over head for low cost. Food near by and plenty of options. I was evicted from last place and they look out for me. It quite here and the staff is nice. It feels more of home then other motels. Wifi and tv have plenty of channels

Good location with food near by and owners are great. The rooms are clean and had a comfy bed and ac was great. cant complain with the price and local bus station right outside for the people that plan on travelling near by places. Wifi could be little better but worked fined
