Arlo Williamsburg

I left a necklace behind and Carlos and the team made the experience of getting it back so easy on me. I am extremely grateful for their care, professionalism, and speedy solution. The hotel has a fun vibe, a cool downstairs bar, and rooms with great views. It was pretty cold when I visited so I'll have to check out the rooftop next time! 10/10 recommend staying here

Let’s start with the positives. Great location, near good restaurants, bars, and Bushwick Inlet Park. The employees were helpful and nice. The restaurant inside the hotel is yummy—I tried their pancakes for breakfast. The rooms are tiny and clean, but they have really bad acoustics. You can hear everyone walking by the door and even people talking inside their rooms. The doors also slam hard every time someone enters their room. The gym is solid! Two treadmills, some medicine balls, dumbbells up to 50lbs, one bench, a nice cable machine. Definitely my favorite part of the hotel. At the end of my stay, I was charged a pet fee even though my service dog was wearing an extremely obvious vest throughout the entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location, it’s beautiful, clean, and has an impressive view. The employees are amazing—from the bellman, housekeeping, front desk, restaurant team, and management. I had a great time at Arlo Williamsburg. I truly recommend this hotel; it’s very centrally located. I give it a 10 out of 10 and will definitely return to Arlo.

Very good location in Williamsburg. Many coffee places and small but cozy restaurants within a short walking distance. Front desk staff very friendly. Carlos and Abil (if I am not mistaken his name) were both very nice. They even recommended places to eat in the area. We visited one of them and we were so happy with their recommendations. Definitely, a good place to stay.
