Arlo Chicago

This hotel is a very nice place to stay with a very inviting atmosphere. Upon arrival, I met a friendly face,Betty, who assisted me along the way. Betty heard a rude interaction I had upon arrival and made sure for me to know that’s not how guest are treated and she reported the interaction on my behalf. She also assisted me with a safe spot to park my car. Like Betty, a lot of the staff there are nice and welcoming. If you see this Betty, you’re very appreciated keep striving !

I just came back from Chicago and really enjoyed my stay at the Arlo Hotel! I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience from beginning to end. The hotel is walking distance to several highlights Downtown (Millennium Park, Art Institute, Nutella factory, River Walk, Chicago Theater, etc) and the CTA Blue Line, which I took to and from Chicago O'Hare. I did not rent a car, so having a hotel that was central to everything was very important to me. Given the location, I felt like the price was great. I told them I was celebrating my birthday and they upgraded me to a Millennium King, which has floor-to-ceiling windows! I had a beautiful view during the day and at night with the city lights. The service here was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast at the restaurant there twice and each time was great. Loved the food and aesthetic. The room was clean and spacious for a standard king room and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be back on our next trip.

my partner and I spent our 4 year anniversary here :) After a long day of shopping and walking around, it was amazing to check into this hotel and spend the evening relaxing. Holden helped us check in and was very friendly and accommodating. All the staff I encountered were polite and friendly as well. we stayed in the millennium king room and had a great view of millennium park and the bean! I loved the big comfy bed and the ability to cast my netflix on the tv. I also liked that the windows opened up to let in a cool breeze. great hotel !! 😎

Stayed for a conference at the Arlo Chicago. The best thing about their rooms is the beautiful espresso machine in every room. The housekeeping is great, you can chat with them over text and request for what you need. The only drawback of their rooms is that the walls are REALLY THIN. Otherwise, all good. Great services in the room as well (for a price of course)
