Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki Hotel

I’m not normally the type to leave reviews, but I had a great time here that was too worth writing about! The staff was wonderful (especially Sina and Lance!) and were incredibly accommodating and helpful in making this vacation easy. From free luggage storage after checkout to a great massage place in the lobby, this hotel was a hidden gem. Stellar walkability to local restaurants and 5 minutes from the beach, making this is a great local option. Thanks to the team for making this a great vacation!

We came across this small little boutique hotel when planning a vacation with our local airline.|It ticked off all the boxes when looking at dated hotels. I’m sure this hotel was built in the 60’s, but it has been very well managed and maintained over the years. By no means it is the Hilton, but if your on a fixed income budget, it will meet all of your needs.|The room had all your regular features that the high priced hotels have. Positive: Staff was nice, location is great Negative: During stay one elevator was not operating so that made it a little challenging being that the elevator is also a little small.

I booked this hotel last minute due to flight cancellation completely didn’t READ THE REVIEWS. when I got to the hotel and in the lobby it looks ok. Only 1 of 2 elevator was working. Front desk staff was great and explained everything that I needed to know. When I got to the floor the carpet told me everything I needed to know I was completely disgusted to know I would have to spend 2 nights there. When I got to the room it looked like a motel from the 1990s. The room looked ok but then I began to read the reviews which made me feel worst about my decision thankfully I didn’t encounter any cockroaches or bugs. The shower had hot & cold water, the AC is loud, u can hear the other neighbors easily if they are speaking loud. The hotel needs a serious renovation to accommodate the high pric

We are actually in an Airbnb here but it has been fantastic. The room is clean and well organized to maximize the space and it has the amenities we need to have our own breakfast. Shower pressure is great and great warm water. Sometimes it’s about the small things that really make a place. Clean room as well. Hotel only had one functioning elevator but we haven’t really had an issue with too long of waits. We tend to take the stairs down and only take the elevator up.
