Apple Tree Inn Spokane

Put my disabled step father up here for over a month and a half. They rented out his room to someone else with 30 minutes warning. He has nowhere to go. And they say he has no other room available. Cops are always here. I wouldn't suggest bringing kids here. There's no shortage of options when it comes to kid friendly hotels here in spokane. They might be more spendy, but you will not regret paying the extra couple of dollars when it cones to your families safety, and your own peace of mind.

It's a big and somewhat outdated motel far away from Spokane city center, but close to many shops and services. Big and spacious, although not so attractive rooms. Simple breakfast included in the room rate.

Blow this hotel up. My wife booked it without reading the reviews. Yikes it's bad. Smells, disgustingly dirty beds, noisy, right on division road, no service when I told them about the disgusting linen on the beds, scuzzy people hanging around the hotel. The list goes on and on. Just don't go here. I read stuff about them having issues and not returning the money when they complain. I'll update this review if they don't return the money. Brutal experience.

Positive: Nothing! Negative: My daughter was picking her toys off the floor and ended up finding broken pieces of drug paraphernalia! Roaches coming out of the drains. Black mold everywhere. All our stuff smelled like cigarettes because they put us in a smoking unit!

The Apple Tree in North Spokane is my lodging of choice. Reasonable pricing, simple rooms, clean. Excellent location for whatever you're doing in Spokane. Rosauer's Supermarket right across a side street (low traffic) from the motel means food is never a problem. And when they quoted me the rate, they included fees and taxes, so no hidden costs, which I really like.
