Customer Reviews
Stayed at the Apple Philadelphia hostel for 6 nights. Loved my time there. Very clean hostel with lots of amenities. Staff are super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about Philly. Shout out to Sebastian & |Fernanda who were great with their customer service & a great assest to the hostel. Also thanks to all the other hard working staff. Especially Stephanie who is always friendly and loved her walking ghost night tour run by the hostel on Monday & Friday nights. |Hostel had a great big kitchen with facilities. Rooms and showers were clean and nice. Water was nice and hot, although the water pressure wasn't great. Hostel is walking distance to all the main sites of Philly. A 24/7 7 Eleven store around the corner and nearest supermarket ACME about 25 min walk. Loved this hostel and w
I had a great stay here and would absolutely come back. The place was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere for meeting people and relaxing. The location was perfect, very close to a lot of cool things. A special shoutout to Mai, she was very helpful, friendly, and made everything feel really easy and comfortable. Staff like her make a huge difference in the overall experience. If I had one small note, I do wish the music in the common areas wasn’t quite so loud and repetitive. It didn’t ruin my stay at all, but a little more variety or lower volume would make it even better. Overall, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!
Positive: I lucked out and shared a 6 bed dorm room with 3 similarly aged women. Although I didn't take advantage of the common areas, there was plenty of entertainment available in house. Negative: ""
The location and staff are great! My only issues are that the rooms are veryyyy warm/stuffy - I visited during the winter and had to open the windows. They also give you your own linens, so you have to make your own bed. But this hostel is pretty affordable for someone just visiting and is close to a lot of interesting places of the city.
One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were clean, the staff was super nice, showers and washrooms have been taken care off. The atmosphere is really lovely, they really try to capture that European hostel vibe. Which is hard to find in the USA. They had a rocky poster at the entrance of every floor to signify which floor you were on. They had fun activities (which we didn’t participate in due to limited time), the common area looked great and there were people talking and minding their own business. Felt really wholesome and an honest place to sleep at. Would definitely go here again :)
