Apple Country Rv Resort

A wonderful campground. Very open and easy to maneuver. We’ll definitely be staying here again. New and clean. It's a stone's throw outside the city and nestled in the woods. The staff are super friendly and responsive. There's lots to do around Ellijay. There's a distillery, wineries, brewery, and cider mill, all within 7 miles. Lots of homegrown restaurants too.

We stayed at this resort for the month of October. We were highly impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff we spoke to. This is a family run business, and they take great pride in this park. While we were there they built a shade structure back by the dog park, and continue to make improvements daily. Even during the Apple festival, when the park was at full capacity, it was still quiet. We will definitely be back, and we are even thinking about a 2 month stay in 2026. My wife and I have been coming to Ellijay to visit our Daughter and Grandsons for many years. Until this trip, we had always stayed in the same local camp ground.|Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the new owner and ended up leaving with no place to stay. After a quick search of the internet, and a few of her friends, our daughter came up with Apple Country RV Resort. They were able to accommodate our class A and motorcycle trailer with a great site at a vary competitive rate. The Campground was basically brand new and easily rivels the new park up above Walmart at half the cost. Unfortunately our trip was interrupted when I had a Heart Attack and was taken away by ambulance. My wife was left stranded not being able to drive our motorcycle or motorhome. Thank goodness for

Very nice new clean resort. Stayed here for a couple weeks with my son while we were in between houses. Very relaxing quiet place. Very nice showers and facilities. Easy to communicate with the staff when I wanted to move sites. Every thing was top notch and we will return. Absolute great location and great rates. Level spots and no ambient lights at night. I loved it. Also good WiFi.

We stayed at Apple Country RV Resort for the weekend and it was very pleasant. Owners are exceptional. Facilities are beautiful and meticulously maintained. Saturday we enjoyed the Food Truck on premises along with a live band. Proximity to the local area is A++! They have a beautiful pool as well as a dog wash and a small playground for the kiddos. Sites are level concrete pads. Water pressure is low and wifi is spotty at times but being in the mountains we certainly understood. Next time we will bring our Starlink. 😁 A green space and perhaps a camp store would certainly be a welcome addition to this adorable park. They surely put so much thought and planning into building this park and it shows. We wish them nothing but the best! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Oh..and site 88
